Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for most destinations and typically reduces delivery time by 50%. Express options are displayed at checkout when available for your location.

Every Berchevelle piece is presented in our signature packaging:

  • Care Guide: Jewellery care instructions included

All packaging is designed to be reusable and makes a beautiful gift presentation.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  1. Confirmation Email: With your tracking number and carrier information
  2. Tracking Link: Real-time updates on your shipment status
  3. Delivery Notification: When your package is out for delivery

You can also track your order anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer care team.


Customs & Import Duties

EU Orders

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Import duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
  • We declare the full value of items for customs purposes

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


Signature Required

For security purposes, all Berchevelle shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package.

If you are unable to receive your package:

  • The carrier will leave a delivery notice
  • You can reschedule delivery or pick up at a local depot
  • Packages will be held for 7-14 days before being returned

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain countries due to shipping restrictions
