All packaging is designed to be reusable and makes a beautiful gift presentation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Confirmation Email: With your tracking number and carrier information
- Tracking Link: Real-time updates on your shipment status
- Delivery Notification: When your package is out for delivery

Customs & Import Duties
EU Orders
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the EU:
- Import duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations
- These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
- We declare the full value of items for customs purposes

Signature Required
For security purposes, all Berchevelle shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package.
If you are unable to receive your package:
- The carrier will leave a delivery notice
- You can reschedule delivery or pick up at a local depot
- Packages will be held for 7-14 days before being returned
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Certain countries due to shipping restrictions
